The company Svedjekojan is owned and run by me Caisa Ohlsson since 2001. I personally answer for the administration, marketing and customer-contact of the company. The firm is TQ-Certified since 2006 and the entire farm is controlled and approved by the County Board. I Have a lifelong experience of dogs and I have since youth worked with these wonderful animals. I started  my career in this field by helping German Shepard-dogs in need to get back to normal life. Today I work fulltime with the 60 Alaska Huskys at our Husky Farm.

During the year 2005 have I, my husband Ulf and our daughter Erika taken part in the training 'Green Card in dogsledding'. This training has given us even more knowledge in competitions, trainings and caring for dogs. Together with Ulf I am also engaged in Bothnia Dog-sled club, where we hold positions as chairman and cashier. The club arranges competitions in Dogsledding and are preparing the tracks for all the members.

In the fall I hunt elk with my faithful companion Boss. Boss is a nice guy, he has achieved a lot. He is an extraordinary dog! During the autumn 2009 I shot 2 calves for him. He has also proven to be a good track hound. Together we found a 12-tined autumn 2009. This autumn 2011, we have been shooting several mooses for Boss. 

                                                                  Agona was a very good dog, especially as  track hound. We have tracked together many many times, both elks which have been shot at and also those who been injured by traffic accidents! She is no longer with us after disease. Totally I have shot 10 elks the largest a 10-tined in September 2007.

Zebb will unfortunately become totally blind in the near future ....
